Click on Integrations from the left navigation sidebar and you will see your list of Integrations. Find the name of the Integration that you want to delete. Click the down arrow next to the name of the Integration and select Rename.
Type in the unique name that you would like to change it to and click Confirm. The integration will show up in your list of Integrations with the new name.
