Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility. Open to students, faculty, and alumni with a valid university email address.
2. 2. How to enter. Sign up at app.sourcetable.com using your university email address before midnight Pacific Time on April 13, 2026. One vote per person. Each vote counts toward that person's university.
3. 3. Alumni. University alumni may vote for their university using a valid alumni email address. Alumni email addresses do not qualify for the Education Plan discount, however.
4. 4. Winners. The 10 U.S. universities and 10 global universities with the most registered signups at competition close will win. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition closing.
5. 5. Prize. Winning universities receive a share of $400,000 in Sourcetable AI credits, distributed to verified students and faculty at those institutions.
6. 6. Free trial. All signups receive a 7-day free trial regardless of competition outcome. After the trial, standard pricing applies.
7. 7. Education Plan. All universities worldwide are eligible for Sourcetable's Education Plan, which provides 50% off standard pricing — regardless of competition result. Students and faculty can access this discount at any time by signing up with a valid university email address.
8. 8. Modifications. Sourcetable reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time. Decisions on eligibility and winners are final.
9. 9. No purchase necessary. A paid subscription is not required to participate.
