Sourcetable provides several ways to share your work with others.

Sharing workbooks

Share workbooks with team members in your organization. Members can view and collaborate on shared workbooks within the team workspace.

Publishing charts

Publish charts to create shareable links:

1. Create a chart in your workbook
2. Click Publish on the chart
3. Share the generated link with anyone

Published charts display the latest data, so recipients always see current information.

Exporting for sharing

Export your work in multiple formats for stakeholders who don’t use Sourcetable:

• PDF — formatted reports and dashboards
• XLSX — Excel-compatible workbooks
• CSV — raw data for other tools
• Doc — document format for reports

Referrals

Invite colleagues to Sourcetable through the referral program. Access referral links from your account settings.
