Workflows let you save a sequence of AI actions and replay them later. If you regularly perform the same analysis, transformation, or reporting steps, you can save them as a workflow and run them with one click.

Creating a workflow

Perform the steps

Use the AI chat to complete the steps you want to save — data cleaning, analysis, chart creation, or any combination.

Save as workflow

Click the Save Workflow button in the chat panel, or ask the AI: “Save this as a workflow.”

Name your workflow

Give the workflow a descriptive name like “Monthly Sales Report” or “Data Cleaning Pipeline.”

Running a workflow

  1. Click the Workflows button in the chat panel
  2. Select a saved workflow from the list
  3. The AI replays all the steps on your current data

Managing workflows

  • Rename — update the workflow name from the workflow manager
  • Load — open a saved workflow to review or modify it
  • Delete — remove workflows you no longer need

Use cases

  • Recurring reports — run the same analysis steps on new data each week/month
  • Data ingestion — clean and transform incoming data from a specific source
  • Standard analysis — apply a consistent analytical framework to different datasets
  • Onboarding — create workflows that new team members can run without understanding every step
