Prorated Refund Eligibility

Canceling a subscription may entitle you to a prorated refund in certain countries, including Canada, Israel, Korea, and Turkey, as well as Denmark, Finland, Germany (for purchases on or after March 1, 2022), Netherlands, Poland, and Portugal for subscriptions longer than one month and renewed subscriptions.

Subscriptions from Other Stores

For Excel subscriptions purchased via Google Play or the Apple app store, cancellation and refund requests must be directed to their respective customer support services.
